Most lawyers at HLF have been, or are, brokers, and as such, have sold both residential and commercial real estate for a living. We know the business of real estate.

Hanson Law Firm represents real estate brokerage as well as construction, mortgage, and development companies with offices throughout the state of California. The firm’s work is equally divided between its litigation base, which runs the gamut from E&O defense and DRE regulatory hearings, to contract, easement, negligence, title insurance and commission disputes; to its business advisory. The firm also has both residential and commercial loan workout programs in place.

Even in today's challenging California real estate market, there is still plenty of opportunity. We help our clients help their clients to seize those opportunities, while at the same time minimizing risk through our Continuing Education and Hot Line services. Among our many practice areas, we are now especially focused on referral-based Loan Modifications; while maintaining our role as E&O Lawyers for Brokers.
